A CO2 laser and rotary are machines, and like any machine could possibly malfunction/skip during usage. While this is EXTREMELY rare, it is still a possibility. If this happens I will replace your tumbler with a new one (colors dependent on availability), but please make sure this tumbler is “replaceable” to you. If it holds a lot of sentimental value, then I would recommend choosing a different tumbler to engrave. If you waited in line for 5 hours for a limited edition Stanley and it’s worth $300 on ebay, I will just be replacing it with a regular 30 or 40 oz Stanley.
